Postpartum Support

I offer rates between $30-50 per hour, based on Whidbey Island zip codes.

- Listening to parents' needs and responding accordingly with resources and guidance
- Helping parents process the birthing experience
- Supporting parents' parenting style and family dynamic
- Support for postpartum mood disorders
- Light household chores
- Meal prep or light cooking
- Running errands or grocery shopping
- Newborn care such as breastfeeding, chestfeeding, or bottle-feeding, bathing, diapering, assistance with sleep, babywearing, attachment parenting, and cord care
- Postpartum care for birthing people, including nutrition, blood loss, hydration and when to access resources for additional support
- Access to my resource list, a living breathing document filled with area-specific resources on a wide variety of topics
- Access to my personal book collection, which includes helpful books on a variety of topics
- Information on navigating back to work or maternity leave for Washington state
